Move update: Faxing… really?

I am renting a house in Massachusetts while we look for a home to purchase.  Its a big ol’ traditional colonial New England box… you know the type.  It is in Southborough and will suit me and the wife and kids just fine.  To secure it, I’ve had to fax more documents than I have in the last 5 years total.  Are real estate agencies the only people who still fax on a regular basis?  What a primitive form of communication.  Might as well write on cave walls.
