I have empathy for our customers

As I embark on my new gig, I am amazed by the amount of vendors using the word “community” and “social”.   How can a prospect navigate these waters?  As a buyer of these services at Cisco, I found myself dismissing vendors with no differentiation, and no referencable customers and success stories.   Luckily, Mzinga has both.  I can’t wait to watch the competitors drop like flies (or change business strategy to chase the next hot thing).
